Whether working with actors, real people or the space between the two, I developed a deep sensitivity to human behaviour, communication and the stories that shape how we see ourselves and others. That perspective continued to influence me as my career moved across creative and commercial environments. I worked in industries that demanded strategic thinking, adaptability and clear communication, but it was always the people behind the work who interested me most.

Over time, I began to see a powerful connection between storytelling and personal development: the stories we carry influence how we think, communicate, lead and respond to change.

My work later expanded into executive and leadership coaching, NLP, mentoring, public speaking and storytelling. Through my work with speakers and storytellers, including TEDx, I have supported people to develop their message, presence and ability to connect authentically with others. These experiences shaped the philosophy behind Empower Your Essence.

Today, I bring together my creative, commercial and coaching experience to work with executives, leaders, teams and organisations navigating growth and change. My approach is about creating the space to understand what is happening beneath the surface, challenge perspectives where needed and turn insight into meaningful action.

I believe lasting development begins when people become more aware of the stories, patterns and behaviours that shape their impact and discover they have the ability to change them.
